Cigar made by three types:
Mass-market cigar used the tobaccos called “HTL or homogenized tobacco leaf, made from tobacco stems, fibres, mixed with water and cellulose. Not unlike paper. Usually for binder and wrapper. They also added coloring to the wrapper, sometimes they make an aromatics wrapper or binder. Machine-made also notable make premium cigar (still inexpensive) such as La Paz. Small cigar usually machine-made.

And ready to ship over the world. Sometimes the selected brand, such as vintage cigars need more time to be matured.
